This bar is very sweet. It is stone ground, so it has a grainy texture and grains of sugar are visible. A more textured melt than other refined bars.

This is the second 90-something % bar I have ever tasted by a bean to bar maker. Either my palate is developing or this one is hands down better (maybe both?). It first hits your mouth with a little dry bitterness, but before you really feel the impact it slowly melts the shock away leaving a thick, smooth coating on your tongue. Nice flavor lasts long after the chocolate has melted.

(UPDATE 3/18/13 - bumped rating up from 9 to 9.5, every bite I take I like this bar even more)
